FROZEN VALUES

When the Engine Control Module (ECM) registers a system fault and a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) is stored, a number of parameters are frozen in engine control module (ECM) memory. Frozen values reflect the driving conditions at the time the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) was posted.
