Checking The Spark Plugs
- Check spark plug color.
NOTE: It is very important that the correct spark plugs are used, see replacement part catalogues for P/N. Check the spark gap on the new spark plugs before installing them. The spark gap should be 0.7 - 0.8 mm.
- Is any spark plug lighter than the others?
Yes:

No:
^ Proceed to test step below.
Fault-tracing Information
- Replace all spark plugs.

Checking The Injector
- A spark plug lighter in color than the others indicates that the cylinder is receiving too little fuel.
- Try a new injector.
- Replace all spark plugs.
