Checking Communication

Volvo Scan Tool
- Check that the Volvo Scan Tool (ST) is in communication with the engine control module (ECM).

If reading is OK:
^ Proceed to Checking the Fuel Pump section.

If reading is incorrect:
^ Proceed to Communications Problem With Volvo Scan Tool section.
