Positive Crankcase Ventilation: Testing and Inspection

Remove:




- The cover over the control bobbin
- intake hose from the air filter housing (bend it forward slightly).

Remove the flame protection




Remove the flame protection by turning the outer casing approx. 15 mm to the left (bayonet mounting).
Blow clean the hoses down against the crankcase ventilation.
Change engine oil, volume 5.80 liters (including oil filter).

Caution! Do not disconnect the hoses from the flame protection's outer casing. The location of the hoses may affect the throttle control's function.

Parts, installing




Install all parts except the flame guard.
