C10 Checking M- Lead to Central Locking Motors

Switch off ignition.




Connect an Ohmmeter between position M- and position 31 on relay base G.
Ohmmeter should read infinite resistance.







Connect a voltmeter between position M- and position 31 on relay base G.
Voltmeter should read approx. 0 Volt.

If both readings are correct: Go to step C11. C11 Checking M+ Lead to Central Locking Motors

If either reading is incorrect:
Short-circuit in lead between central locking relay base position M- and central locking motors.
Correct fault or replace lead.
Replace central locking relay D/G and driver's door relay N.
