Checking Communication

Volvo Scan Tool
- Check that the Volvo Scan Tool (ST) is in communication with the engine control module (ECM).

If reading is OK:
^ Proceed to: Checking the Fuel Pump.

If reading is incorrect:
^ Communication problems with Volvo Scan Tool.
