A. Service Campaign 83C Description

Volvo Cars of North America, Inc. and Volvo Canada Ltd. have announced a service campaign affecting 1998 Volvo S70/V70/C70 turbo models. Approximately 24,490 vehicles in the US and 2,685 vehicles in Canada are affected.

There is the possibility normal engine vibration may effect the electrical connection in the cable connector at the mass air flow sensor. In affected vehicles the connector will be secured with a clamp.

All owners of these affected vehicles will by notified by mail the week of June 1, 1998.
