Rear Lock Arm

Before starting work, see CHA. Preparations Before Work. Procedures

CHF5 Removal:





- Remove 12 screws from lock motor bracket.
- Pull out motor bracket.





Remove:
- cable ties.
- drive wire from motor.





- Disengage drive wire from rear lock arm (spline joint).
- Pull drive wire through hole in motor bracket.
- Remove drive wire.

NOTE: Drive shaft should not turn during installation.

CHF6 Installation:

- Engage drive wire in rear lock arm (spline joint).
- Feed drive wire through hole in motor bracket.





Install:
- drive wire in motor.
- cable ties.





Install 12 screws in motor bracket.
