Fault-tracing information
This diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the keypad detects that the keypad lighting is blown.
Keypad lighting is replaced by the radio workshop.

Other information:
- To access/replace the keypad/car-phone module, see Radio cassette player, replacing Radio Cassette Player, Replacing.

Select "Continue" when the fault has been remedied.

- Ignition off.
- Reinstall connectors, components etc.
- Ignition on.
- Switch on the car-phone.
Make a call so that both the handset and the hands-free system are used, see the instruction manual.

Check that the relevant diagnostic trouble code (DTC) has switched status from permanent to intermittent fault.
