Gas strut driver's seat, replacing

Removal

Gas strut driver's seat, left-hand side




- Remove the driver's seat. See (-1999) or Front seat, replacing Front Seat, Replacing (2000-)
- Detach the seat rail. See Extended seat rails driver's seat, replacing Extended Seat Rails Driver's Seat, Replacing. Do not disconnect the wiring from the center plate and the switches
- Release the front mounting for the seat rail and let it drop downwards
- Remove the gas strut.

- Detach the seat rail. See Extended seat rails driver's seat, replacing Extended Seat Rails Driver's Seat, Replacing
- Release the front mounting for the seat rail and let it drop downwards
- Remove the gas strut.
