Replacing the exhaust system assembly
General
Check the rubber mountings: install new ones if necessary.
The clearance between the exhaust system and the car body must be at least 20 mm.
Transfer the vibration damper, if applicable.

Installing the exhaust system assembly





- Always use new gaskets
- Install all the components. Finger-tighten only
- Hang the exhaust system on the rubber mountings.





Tightening the exhaust system assembly:
- Tighten the mounting screw for the rubber mounting.
Tighten to 13 Nm.

Check the function





Start the engine. Check for leaks.
