Solenoid for shifting 1-2 and 3-4, replace

Removing solenoid S1





Remove:
- the connector
- the spring clamp. Pull it straight out. Use a small screwdriver
- the solenoid. Use a screwdriver. Insert it between the solenoid and the housing. Pry carefully. Pull the solenoid at the same time.
Check that the O-ring remains on the solenoid.

Installing solenoid S1




Apply a little petroleum jelly to the solenoid O-ring.

Install:
- the solenoid. Press the solenoid. Guide it in so that the locating pin on the side locates in the cut-out
- the spring clamp (check that it is locked)
- the connector.
