Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) PHM-0015 is stored if the keypad unit/car-phone module registers an incorrect voltage supply to the hands-free.

- Fault voltage between hands-free and the keypad unit/car-phone module.

Fault symptom[s]
- Hands-free function does not function.
- Message on combined instrument panel that hands-free position is not functioning.
