Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) PHM-0019 is stored if the car-phone box registers a short-circuit to +12 V in the power supply.

Possible source
- Short-circuit to +12 V in the power supply to the car-phone box.

Fault symptom[s]
- The car-phone box cannot be switched off in the normal way.
