Coolant hose between heater and coolant pump, replace

Removing air baffle





Remove:
- air baffle.

Replacing coolant hose





Install:
- hose clips on pump and heater hoses.
Position a container under the heater.
Cut off any tie straps around hose and wiring.

Remove:
- hose.

Install:
- new hose with new hose clamps
- tie straps around the hose and wiring in the same way as the ones removed.
Test the heater. See Test running the additional heater / parking heater Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview. Check function and that there is no leakage.

Installing air baffle





Install:
- air baffle.
Top up coolant.
