Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CEM-1A07 is stored if the central electronic module (CEM) registers a short-circuit to supply voltage in the 15-supply.

Possible source
- Short-circuit to supply voltage in 15-supply.
- Defective ignition switch.

Condition
- Windshield wiper motor does not operate.
- The starter motor does not turn.
