Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CEM-1A58 is stored if the central electronic module registers that communication with the carphone module is not operating.

Possible source
- Power supply to the carphone module missing.
- Contact resistance in the terminals.
- Open-circuit in the control area network (CAN) bus.
- Defective carphone module.

Condition
- The carphone does not operate.
- The menu system does not operate.
