CEM-1C01

Condition
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CEM-1C01 is stored if the control module registers that the L signal is high or missing, or that a regulator fault has occurred.

Condition
None.

Possible source
- The generator (GEN) is not charging because of a missing energy source, a faulty central electronic module or faulty diode.

Condition
- The "Generator not charging" warning lamp is lit when the engine is running
- The "Generator not charging" warning lamp is not lit when the ignition is switched on
- The battery discharges
- Low rotation speed in the starter motor.
