Condition
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CEM-1E05 is stored if the central electronic module (CEM) registers that communication with the additional heater is not operating 5 seconds after the ignition has been switched on.

- Fault in the cable between the additional heater and the central electrical module (CEM)
- Defective communication device, additional heater
- Defective communication device, central electronic module (CEM).

Condition
- The parking heater does not operate.
