Condition
Relay must be activated to detect the diagnostic trouble code. If the control unit detects that the relay, wiper high speed, is short circuited to voltage supply, diagnostic trouble code CEM 8F26 is displayed.

- Short circuit to voltage supply.

- Wiper only works on lowest speed.
