Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CEM-8F41 is stored if the signal across the relay coil (2/93) is too high when the tailgate washer motor is activated.

Possible source
- Short-circuit to supply voltage in the relay circuit.

Condition
- The rear windshield washer motor does not operate.
