CCM-0008

Condition
If control unit registers that signal from solar sensor is more than 98% of excitation voltage (approximately 5 V), diagnostic trouble code CCM-0008 is displayed.

Condition
- Control unit assumes a substitute value equivalent to approximately 20% of maximum solar input.

Possible source
- Contact resistance, oxidation or loose contact in connector
- Signal wire has open circuit or short circuit to voltage supply
- Ground connection has open circuit or short circuit to voltage supply
- Defective solar sensor.

Condition
- Interior temperature does not decrease with high solar input.
