Condition
If control unit registers that signal wire for external rear-view mirror defroster is short circuited to ground when the function is activated, diagnostic trouble code DDM/PDM-002D is displayed.

- Signal wire to external rear-view mirror defroster short circuited to ground.

Condition
- Mist on windows and/or external rear-view mirrors.
