DTC ECM-310A

Condition

The control module counts the number of teeth when engine speed (RPM) exceeds 1000 rpm. The higher the engine speed (RPM), the more the number of teeth that are allowed to be missed. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECM-310A is stored if control module registers a deviation in the number of teeth.

Substitute value
Uses camshaft position (CMP) sensor if it functions.
