DTC ECM-A02B

Condition
The control modules communicate with each other in a network via a standardized serial communication procedure - CAN (Controller Area Network) - to exchange information.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECM-A02B is stored if the engine control module (ECM) registers a fault in the communication with the ABS control module.

- Open-circuit in the control area network (CAN) wiring
- Defective ABS control module.
