DTC SAS-0048 Control Unit Voltage Supply

Condition





If the steering wheel angle sensor (SAS) control unit registers that battery voltage exceeds approximately 16 V, diagnostic trouble code SAS-0048 will be stored.

Substitute value
- Nothing.

Possible source
- A battery charger/starter unit with excessive voltage is connected.
- The charging system overloads.

Fault symptom[s]
- Anti-spin warning lamp is on.
