DTC ECM-9400

Condition
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored in the engine control module (ECM) if the engine control module (ECM) cannot communicate with the brake control module (BCM) or if the brake control module (BCM) receives a faulty signal from the brake pedal position sensor.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed when the ignition is switched on.

- The cruise control is disengaged when the fault is active.
