DTC ECM-4308

Condition
The engine control module (ECM) checks the pressure in the fuel tank by measuring the current through the leak diagnostic pump.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECM-4308 is stored in the control module if the engine control module (ECM) registers that the pressure is not within certain limits and the engine control module (ECM) interprets this as the fuel tank filler cap missing.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECM-4308 can be diagnosed when the leak diagnostic is running.
