Programming the outside temperature display

Caution! If a display has not been previously activated it must be programmed before the temperature will be displayed.

Note! A diagnostic trouble code (DTC) will be stored if programming is carried out when an outside temperature sensor is not installed.




- Ignition on.
Click on the VCT2000 symbol to activate reading off the programmed values.
Select the correct type of display.

Caution! If the combined instrument panel display is in kilometers, the kilometer display (metric) must be selected.If the combined instrument panel display is in miles, the miles display (imperial) must be selected.

Caution! This programming is only relevant if the display for outside temperature / trip computer function is activated / programmed.




- Ignition on.
Click on the VCT2000 symbol to activate reading off the programmed values.
Use this parameter to set the outside temperature unit to display readings in °C or °F.
To change this parameter, mark the desired value in the list and start programming.
