Check the bearing for the compressor clutch

Check the bearing for the compressor clutch
- Start the engine
- Start the blower fan
- Affect the air conditioning (A/C) switch on the climate control module so that A/C is requested (the green LED lights).

Note! The normal conditions for engagement of air conditioning (A/C) must have been met.

- Check whether there is noise from the compressor when the air conditioning (A/C) is activated and not activated
- Remove the poly V-belt. Check the bearing by turning it by hand.

Are the compressor and bearing OK?

Yes - No Fault Found

No - Replacing the component
