Bulb tail lamp

Preparatory work

Ignition off




Ignition off.
Remove the cover in front of the tail light.

Removal

Removing bulbs




Press the spring clip on the lamp holder. Angle out and remove the lamp holder.
Remove the bulb.




For the location of lamps in the tail lamp, see the illustration.
1. Brake light
2. Tail lamps
3. Turn signal lamps
4. Back-up lamp
5. Fog tail lamps.

Note! There is only a fog tail lamp bulb in one of the tail lamps. In the left tail lamp on left-hand drive vehicles and in the right tail lamp on right-hand drive vehicles.

Removing the tail lamp assembly




Disconnect the connectors.
Remove the 4 nuts from the tail lamp. Remove the tail lamp.

Installation

Installing the tail lamp and bulbs

Install:
- the connectors
- the 4 nuts. Tighten. See: Tightening torque [1][2]Specifications
- the hatch.
