Exhaust System, Complete System, Replacing

Replacing the exhaust system assembly

General
- Check the rubber mountings: install new ones if necessary.
- The clearance between the exhaust system and the car body must be at least 20 mm.
- Transfer the vibration damper, if applicable.

Exhaust system, assembly, installing

NOTE: Ensure that there is no exhaust leakage.







- Always use new gaskets
- Install all the components. Finger tighten only
- Hang the exhaust system on the rubber mountings.

Tightening the exhaust system assembly:
D 60 Nm
E 55 Nm

- Tighten the mounting screw for the rubber mounting. Tighten to 13 Nm.

Check The Function

Start the engine. Check for leaks.
