Windshield Washer Reservoir: Service and Repair






Windshield washer fluid reservoir, replacing

Preparatory work
Detach Casing bumper front, replacing Service and Repair on the right-hand side.

Location of components




1. Windshield washer motor
2. Rear windshield washer motor
3. Headlamp washer motor, high-pressure
4. Level sensor.

Removal




Remove the screw for the fuel filler pipe.
Pull up the fuel filler pipe.
Detach the washer hoses at the washer motors (x3). Mark up the hoses. Drain or plug the reservoir.
Disconnect the connectors.
Remove the screws.
Push the bumper cover to one side and lift down the reservoir.

Installation
Push the bumper cover to one side and position the reservoir.
Install the screws.
Align the air hose. Install the 3 washer hoses according to the markings.
Connect the connectors.
Tighten the screws.
Press the filler pipe into place.
Install the screw and tighten.

Finishing work
Install Casing bumper front, replacing Service and Repair.
Fill with windshield washer fluid.
Test the function.
