DESCRIPTION:
The purpose if this RTJ is to have a common layout for the terminology used concerning power steering connection points. This will help with the communication of any leakage and must be used by technicians and service advisors when creating the repair order text for warranty claims.
SERVICE:
When creating the repair order text, use the illustrations below for the specific vehicle and note the number of the leaking connection point. Please include the number of the connection point in the repair order text with reference to this TJ. If the leak is not coming from a connection point, then name the component that is leaking according to the terminology used in VIDA.
