Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information PHM-E010

Condition
If the voltage to the phone module (PHM) differs by more than 2.5 V from the voltage to the central electronic module (CEM), the diagnostic trouble code is generated.
The diagnostic trouble code is diagnosed when the ignition is on (not key position 3) and when battery voltage is 9-16 V.

Substitute value
- Nothing.

Possible source
- Half-blown fuse for phone module (PHM).
- Damaged cable harness.
- Internal malfunction in phone module (PHM).

Fault symptom[s]
- No or reduced telephone function.
