Removing the needle jet/service valve
Remove the battery lead. See Battery, disconnecting Battery Disconnecting.
Remove the valve cap.
Drain the refrigerant from the system. See Refrigerant, draining Refrigerant, Draining.
Remove the needle jet in the service valve. Use special tool 951 1204 REMOVAL TOOL 951 1204 Removal Tool.
Installing the needle jet/service valve
Install the needle jet. Use special tool 951 1204 REMOVAL TOOL 951 1204 Removal Tool.
Tighten the needle jet. Use special tool 981 1994 Valve needle wrench 981 1994 Valve Needle Wrench. Tighten to 6 Nm.
Note! Use only your finger and thumb when tightening the needle jet to avoid damage to the valve seal.

Fill the system with refrigerant. See Refrigerant, filling Refrigerant, Filling.
