Condition
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored in the engine control module (ECM) if the engine control module (ECM) detects that the throttle cannot be closed but is stuck in the open position, resulting in poor brake vacuum.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed when the engine is running.

Substitute value
- Limited maximum speed of the car.

Possible source
- Something is blocking the throttle position sensor (an oil film, dust, etc.)
- The power supply to the throttle unit
- Damaged throttle.

Fault symptom[s]
- Poor braking power
- Message in the display
- Maximum vehicle speed reduced.
