Headlamp Washer Motor: Service and Repair

High-pressure washer headlamp, replacing

Replace the washer motor.

Preparatory work
Remove the headlamp
Remove the bumper cover on the right and left-hand sides.

Removal




Pull the cover straight out.
Detach the cover from the nozzle.
Disconnect the washer hose.




Remove:
- the screws
- the clip
- the high-pressure washer.

Installation




Install:
- the screws
- the clip
- the washer hose.

Pull out the washer using pliers.
Install the cover.
Carefully release back.




Adjust the alignment of the nozzle as necessary. The cover must be against the bumper cover without any play.

Finishing work
Install the bumper cover.
Install the headlamp.
Test the function.
