Headlamp Washer Pump: Service and Repair

High-pressure washer headlamp, replacing

Preparatory work
Remove the headlamp. See: Headlight/bulb, replacing Headlight/Bulb, Replacing and remove the bumper cover on the left and right sides. See: Casing bumper front, replacing Service and Repair.

Removal




Pull the cover straight out.
Detach the cover from the nozzle as illustrated.
Disconnect the washer hose.





Remove:
- the screws
- the clip
- the high-pressure washer.

Installation





Install:
- the screws
- the clip
- the washer hose.
Pull out the washer using pliers.
Install the cover.
Carefully release back.




Adjust the alignment of the nozzle as necessary as illustrated. The cover must be against the bumper cover without any play.

Finishing work
Install the bumper cover. See: Casing bumper front, replacing Service and Repair.
Install the headlamp. Headlight/Bulb, Replacing
Test the function.
