Fault-tracing information
When a warning message about an exit is received via TMC, it is possible that the warning is not displayed on the current exit road, but on the main road. Even if the exit is closed, RTI will guide the driver along the closed road.

Note! Replacing components does not solve the problem.

Order the latest service disc for your region as follows, to program the unit with new software.
Service discs are divided into the following regions:
- Europe/Russia
- Middle East/South Africa
- Australia/New Zealand
- USA/Mexico

Fault symptom
- Navigation/Other navigation problems
- Navigation/Does not work
- Navigation/Navigation system gives incorrect directions
