Removal

Note! Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Perform draining Refer to: Draining refrigerant, vacuum-pumping, and filling Draining Refrigerant, Vacuum-Pumping, And Filling

Remove the following items:
- the auxiliaries belt Refer to: Accessory Drive Belt Service and Repair
- engine cooling fan (fc) Refer to: Engine cooling fan (FC) Service and Repair

Caution! Make sure that all openings are sealed. Use new blanking caps.

Caution! Only use the specified material to lubricate the seals.

Note! Use new seals.

Torque: M8, 24 Nm

Use: Oil, AC-compressor, 1161627

Torque: M8, 24 Nm

Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Installation

Perform AC-system, oil, refilling

Remove wiper Refer to: Receiver drier, B6324S4, B6324S5, B6304T4 Service and Repair

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
