Engine body, exposing

Removal

Drain the engine oil. Refer to: Oil filter, B6304T4, B6324S5, B6324S4 Service and Repair
Remove the engine according to: Refer to: Engine, removal, B6324S5, TF-80SC, B6324S4, TF-80SC Engine, Removal Engine, removal Engine, Removal






Remove the following items:
1. radiator hose
2. front auxiliary unit console
3. console transmission
4. AC-console
5. water pipes





Remove the transmission.
Remove the lower screws (these are difficult to access) between the gearbox and engine before removing the engine and gearbox unit. The engine and gearbox unit must be placed on a suitable surface.
Relieve the transmission. Loose the remaining screws and remove the transmission carefully.

Remove the carrier plate/flywheel. Refer to: Carrier plate, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S5, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S5, TF-80SC, B6324S4, TF-80SC, B6324S4, TF-80SC AWD Service and Repair






Install the following items:
- 999 2520 FLOOR STAND 999 2520 Floor Stand
- 999 5297 ENGINE FIXTURE 999 5297 Engine Fixture
- 998 9721 SCREW SET 998 9721 Screw Set
Mount the engine in a work stand. Bolt down the engine as shown.
