Use: Engine oil,

Torque: Intermediate section for engine block step 1 Stage 1: 5 Nm Stage 2: 30 Nm

Torque: Intermediate section for engine block step 2 , 5 Nm

Torque: Intermediate section for engine block step 3, 25 Nm

Torque: Intermediate section for engine block step 4 , 105 degree

Torque: Intermediate section for engine block step 5 , 25 Nm

Use: Piston ring pliers.

Note! Make sure that the classification of the components correspond with each other.

Torque: Cap connecting rod Stage 1: 30 Nm Stage 2: 90 degree

Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Install the following items:
- oil pump Refer to: Oil pump, B6304T4 Service and Repair
- pan Refer to: Oil pan, B6304T4 Service and Repair
- Crankshaft front seal Refer to: Crankshaft front seal, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD Service and Repair
- Crankshaft seal, rear Refer to: Crankshaft seal, rear, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD Service and Repair
