Checking the component
The infotainment control module (ICM) has registered that the phone module (PHM) is not approved according to the list stored in the central electronic module (CEM).
The cause of the fault is probably that software has not been downloaded or that the download failed when replacing the phone module (PHM).
Hint: When downloading software after replacing a control module in the infotainment system, the serial number is stored in the central electronic module (CEM). This is so that the security on MOST function can approve the control module in the MOST network in the car.
If the fault remains after the software is downloaded, try replacing the phone module (PHM).
Remedy as necessary.

- Ignition off
- Reinstall the connectors, components etc.
- Ignition on for at least 12 seconds.
