If the local configuration file is missing from the Phone module (PHM), the vehicle information, which is sent to the Volvo On Call Service Center, when a Volvo On Call service is activated, contains incorrect information.
Remedy this by downloading new software into the Phone module (PHM).

In order that the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) test can be rerun, the Phone module (PHM) must be restarted. Do this by:
- Remove the key from the ignition switch.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Ignition switch position II.
Check the carphone by making a call.
Read diagnostic trouble codes by clicking the VCT2000 symbol.
Check that the current DTC has disappeared or changed status from permanent to intermittent fault.
