Note! The diagnostic trouble code only applies to vehicles equipped with STC/DSTC.

Diagnostic trouble code BCM-U010000 is generated if the brake control module registers that there is no speed or torque signal from the engine control module (ECM) from more than 500 ms.

Substitute value
- TC is blocked.
- SC is blocked.
- AYC is blocked.

Possible source
- Open circuit or short circuit on CAN cable.
- Malfunction in engine control module (ECM).

Fault symptom[s]
- General warning light on.
- Anti-spin is not operational.
- The stability function is not operational.
- The anti-skid function is not operational.
