Front Seat Ventilation Blower Motor/Duct Replacement

Seat-back Blower Motor/Duct

NOTE:

- Take care not to tear or damage the seat covers.

- Put on gloves to protect your hands.

1. Remove the front seat. Front Seat Removal/Installation

2. Remove the seat-back cover and the pad. Front Seat-Back Cover Replacement

3. Disconnect the connector (A) and remove the screws, then remove the blower motor/duct (B) from the seat-back frame.






4. Remove the clips, then separate the duct (A, B) and the blower motor (C, D).

5. Install the blower motor/duct in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE: If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.






Seat Cushion Rear Blower Motor/Duct

NOTE:

- Take care not to tear or damage the seat covers.

- Put on gloves to protect your hands.

1. Remove the front seat. Front Seat Removal/Installation

2. Remove the front seat cushion cover. Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement

3. Disconnect the blower motor connector (A), then remove the connector from the bracket.






4. Release the wire bands (A) and clips (B) securing the blower duct (C) to the seat cushion springs (D).






5. Remove the screws, and release the hooks (A) from the cushion frame wire, then remove the blower motor/duct (B).






6. Remove the clips, then separate the duct (A) and the blower motor (B).

7. Install the blower motor/duct in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE: If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.






Seat Cushion Front Blower Motor

NOTE:

- Take care not to tear or damage the seat covers.

- Put on gloves to protect your hands.

1. Remove the front seat. Front Seat Removal/Installation

2. Remove the front seat cushion cover. Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement

3. Disconnect the blower motor connector (A), and remove the screws, then remove the blower motor (B) from the duct.

4. Install the blower motor in the reverse order of removal.






Seat Cushion Front Duct

NOTE:

- Take care not to tear or damage the seat covers.

- Put on gloves to protect your hands.

1. Remove the front seat. Front Seat Removal/Installation

2. Remove the seat-back cover. Front Seat-Back Cover Replacement

3. Remove the front seat cushion cover/pad. Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement

4. Remove the screws, then remove the duct (A).

5. Install the duct in the reverse order of removal.
