Thermostat Replacement

1. Do the battery removal procedure. Removal and Replacement

2. Drain the engine coolant. Service and Repair

3. Remove the thermostat cover, then remove the thermostat.

4. Install the thermostat with a new rubber seal and with the pin on the top side.

5. Do the battery installation procedure. Removal and Replacement

6. Refill the radiator with engine coolant, Service and Repair then bleed the air from the cooling system.

7. Clean up any spilled engine coolant.
