Washer Fluid Reservoir

Remove the windshield wiper fluid reservoir.





- Remove cover - 1 - at left of engine compartment.

• A 2.4L MPI engine is shown in the illustration.

- Disconnect the windshield washer fluid upper section - arrows -.





- Separate the windshield washer fluid reservoir upper section from the windshield washer fluid lower section.

Remove the windshield washer fluid lower section.





- Remove left front wheel.

- Remove left front wheel housing liner. Refer to =>
Body and Frame Body and Frame

- Disconnect electrical connector - 3 -.

- Remove washer fluid line - 1 - at washer fluid pump.

- Remove the screws - 2, 4 and 5 - for the reservoir lower section.

- Swivel windshield washer fluid reservoir lower section slightly to rear.

- Disconnect the connectors on the front side of the reservoir - 1 - and - 2 -.





- Remove hose connection - 3 - (press release button).

- Remove washer fluid reservoir downward.

• The windshield washer fluid reservoir is illustrated from the front with the bumper removed.

Installing





Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Tighten screws in sequence - 2, 4 and 5 -.

- When attaching water hose, make sure it engages audibly in connection of washer fluid pump.

- Install left front wheel house liner.
