Inner Tail Lamps, through 08.07

Observe notes on contact corrosion. Refer to => [ Contact Corrosion ] Service Precautions.

Inner Tail Lamps

Removing

- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Turn light switch into "0" position.

- Remove luggage compartment lid trim.

- Unplug connector - arrow -.





- Remove nut - 1 - and detach rear lamp.

- If necessary, pull wire with grommet out of luggage compartment lid.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

• Replace adjusting nuts if sealing washer is damaged.

• Check for proper sealing of grommet between luggage compartment lid and wire.

- Install luggage compartment lid trim.

Tightening Specifications






Back-Up Lamp and Rear Fog Lamp Bulb

Removing

- Remove inner rear lamp.

- Press catches apart - arrows - and detach housing cover.





- Unplug connectors - 2 -.





- Remove bolts - 1 - and detach socket with bulb.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Install inner rear lamp.

Tightening Specifications






LED Circuit Boards and Tail Lamp Control Module

• If LEDs are faulty, LED boards must be replaced together with control unit.

Removing





- Remove inner rear lamp.

- Press catches apart - arrows - and detach housing cover.

- Unplug connector.

- Remove bolts - 1 through 3 - and remove LED boards with Tail Lamp Control Module.





Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Install inner rear lamp.
